AMANDA CAIRNS
KIDS CONFIDENCE COACH & CHILD COUNSELLOR based in Maidenhead, Berkshire

AMANDA CAIRNS, KIDS CONFIDENCE COACH & CHILD COUNSELLOR based in Maidenhead, Berkshire but I offer my services online to children around the United Kingdom.

I offer 1:1 sessions to help children build confidence, self-esteem, and learn how to manage anxiety and challenge negative thoughts. These sessions are 30 minutes long and are conducted through Zoom, ensuring a high level of confidentiality.

If your child is feeling unhappy but doesn't want to talk to you about what's troubling them, or if you're struggling to address their behaviour and need fresh ideas, I can assist. Sometimes, children need to talk to someone away from their circle of support. Perhaps your child could benefit from learning new life skills?

Does your child hold themselves back due to a lack of confidence or self-esteem? Are they experiencing anxiety attacks, worrying about school, starting a new one, or facing challenges with public speaking, making friends, attending holiday clubs, or improving communication skills?

If any of these resonate with you, I can provide the help you need. As a local counsellor and coach for children in Berkshire and around the UK, I genuinely understand kids. I encourage them to open up and share their concerns with me through coaching. I work with children at their level, tailoring each session to their unique needs, learning style, and personality. I swiftly address the core of their issues and empower them to make positive life changes. Children perceive me as an older friend who offers a neutral and confidential space for them to talk, along with great ideas to make their lives happier.

I've had the privilege of working with numerous wonderful children through my 1:1 sessions, all eager to enhance their confidence and happiness. The feedback I've received regarding my sessions has been fantastic.
